Sam is on a plane to London by the way! Going to be a lonely couple of weeks.

Just had a 4.3 earthquake. On a whim, within 60 seconds of the quake I went to USGS.gov to see if they would have anything about it - and sure enough they have an automated process that publishes quake activity immediatly after it happens. Very cool. On that page I also saw that on any given day, there are about 100 quakes EVERY DAY just in the united states.
